When an order is placed it takes approximately 8-10 working days before all the certification is ready and the product(s) can be shipped to our client. Keep in mind this is an estimate and depends at final on Gerfor, where the certification is provided. Serpost Peru is our primery carrier and permits a maximum weight of 30 kilos per box. Our products can be send first class (EMS) or second class (CP). For a list of Serpost’s shipping expenses we refer you to the website of Serpost Peru. (http://www.serpost.com.pe) It takes normally between 12-24 days before the products arrive to it’s destine, depending the service that is chosen by our client and custom checks and/or controls.
Tzumi Muraya always tries to advice and look for the best shipping option; In some cases we ship larger bulkorders above the 100 kilograms with other post offices in Lima like 'Cargo World' if it turns out to be cheaper.
Tzumi Muraya must always state how many kilos of which plant specie(s) are going to be exported. When an order is placed by our client(s), an official of ARA checks the amount and species that will be exported. After the solicitation and check, a fee is charged per kilo dry plant material or amount of fresh plant material used in the processing of extracts, after which the permission is provided.

• Within 60 days of invoice date, Tzumi Muraya will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
• Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Tzumi Muraya before replacement merchandise will be issued.
• All returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
• All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the client.
