To cover additional work and costs involved in completing customs documents, a minimum (total) order of 10 kilos is required for dry plant material. We do not process and ship an order if it is below this requirement amount of 10 kilos.
Our Maca, (dehydrated) extracts, oils and handicraft can be ordered and shipped in any desired amount.
When an order is placed it takes approximately 3 weeks before all the certification is ready and the product(s) can be shipped to our client. Serpost Peru is our primery carrier and permits a maximum weight of 30 kilo per box. Our products can be send first class (EMS) or second class (CP). Tzumi Muraya always tries to look for the best shipping option; In some cases we ship larger bulkorders with other post offices in Lima like 'Royal Cargo & Services' or 'Cargo World' if it turns out to be cheaper. It takes between 10-25 days before the products arrive to it’s destine, depending the service that is chosen by our client.

It is also possible to use Paypal, but Tzumi Muraya charges a fee of 3.4% of the total value of the order, as indicated on the invoice of our company.
At Tzumi Muraya we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. Our return goods policy is outlined below.
• Within 60 days of invoice date, Tzumi Muraya will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
• Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Tzumi Muraya before replacement merchandise will be issued.
• All returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
• All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the client.
New clients should always first check the import rules and requirements of their country before placing an order; If one of our products is sent back or intercepted by the customs of your country, due to custom policies or national restrictions on the relevant ordered product(s), Tzumi Muraya EIRL cannot be held responsible for it's loss and there won't be a refund.
